While Ancient Dzi Shop privileges written communication for preliminary inquiries and questions regarding products or orders, we also understand that email communications can be difficult at times. We are available, upon request, for a call or a discussion through different mediums like WeChat, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc. We can communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese (Traditional and Simplified Chinese for written communications), so feel free to use the one with which you feel most comfortable.

No matter your question, we will do our best to help you build a better understanding of dzi beads. Sometimes, we don't know the answer either. But, we can certainly try to figure it out together.
